 Scope: From North Europe Continent, UK, Scandinavia, Baltic & Russia to USA East Coast

 Effective date: 1st April 2016 (applicability date is as per last container of BL received in carrier’s custody)

Pre-Notice: Launching Asia Mediterranean Service (HPM)

 

 
Dear Valued Customer,

 

 
Hanjin Shipping expands its sales activities in Mediterranean market by launching a new service named HPM (Hanjin Pacific Mediterranean Pendulum Service). The service is solely operated by Hanjin Shipping, starting from 1st week of April 2016.

 

 
Launch of this new service is part of Hanjin Shipping’s rationalization of service lanes based on region’s high growth potential that has been steadily continued from last year.
The new HPM service is to provide very competitive transit time from Asia to Mediterranean area, calling in various ports:

 

 

such as La Spezia, Valencia and other ports in the Mediterranean area.

 

 

It will take 25 days from Shanghai to La Spezia and 28 days to Valencia.

 

 
Meanwhile, Hanjin Shipping is continuous to expand its sales to Adriatic, South Italy and North Africa market by forming a feeder network via Malta Port.
Especially, for Adriatic region, ADN service will be replaced by new feeder service.

In line with our objective to continuously improve our services as well as products and with our clear commitment to the West African Trade, we are pleased to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will restructure and further enhance the dedicated West Africa Service Network.

 

 
Effective mid of March 2016, our existing weekly West Africa Express Service (WAX) will be upgraded by deploying an additional vessel, which will enable us to extend our port coverage in the existing product.

 

 
With the restructured service, we will have a direct Apapa call on the southbound leg, as well as a Tangier call on the northbound leg providing connectivity to the comprehensive, global service network of Hapag-Lloyd.

 M.V. CSCL Arctic Ocean voyage 0009W on the Asia – Europe Container service (AEC1), expected arrival at Qingdao, China (CNTAO), on 4 March, 2016, and Shanghai, China (CNSHA), on 6 March, 2016. In line with the above blank sailing, M.V. CSCL Arctic Ocean voyage 0009W, expected arrival at Qingdao, China (CNTAO), on 11 March, 2016, and Shanghai, China (CNSHA), on 13 March, 2016.
