Further to our advisory dated 28 October 2015, please be informed of the following status update.

 
We are in continuing discussions with SCCT (Suez Canal Container Terminal) for the release of the vessel. SCCT is currently not permitting the vessel to move due to the risk of the crane collapsing, citing stabilizing the crane as a pre-condition. While crane experts are on site to assess and recommend the required securing arrangements, APL is also working with SCCT locally to explore the shifting of APL Temasek further up the berth for cargo operations.
