Re: 2015 Customer Service Center Transition

 
As previously announced, in order to better serve the needs of our valued customers, HMM has consolidated our Atlanta Customer Service Center into one centralized Customer Service Center located in Dallas, TX with an ending date in Atlanta of March 13, 2015.

 
With this transition, HMM will be able to provide the highest quality of service, problem solving strategies and timely responses our customers have always known.
Additionally, changes in our telecommunication systems and processes will improve efficiency and productivity, which enables HMM to raise the standard for customer service in an industry and time when service levels are in decline.

 
This transition was carefully planned to assure that service levels were maintained. In fact, we have already transitioned all of the workload to Dallas ahead of schedule.
With this in mind and to ensure all of our Valued Customers are directing their inquiries and requests to the appropriate parties, please find listed below all pertinent email information by department:
