Voyage Cut-Over on NNX4 / PA1 service

Dear Customer,
Hapag-Lloyd and CSAV had informed with our joint Customer News Edition 3 about the voyage cut-over Phase 1, i.e. the timeline when CSAV business will gradually be transferred to the Hapag-Lloyd brand.
This is the key element for integrating CSAV and Hapag-Lloyd services into one worldwide service network.
In order to ensure full business continuity and to allow a smooth transfer of the operative business, we will execute an early voyage cut-over for the NNX4 (PA1) Service, starting with M/V “Seoul Express” voyage V11S / 011W.
As from this sailing onwards, you are kindly requested to place all your new bookings exclusively with Hapag-Lloyd, making use of your usual Hapag-Lloyd booking channels. CSAV will take care to transfer your current firm bookings to Hapag-Lloyd, you do not need to cancel and rebook same.
We will honor your existing service contract and rates under the Hapag-Lloyd brand, in general the conditions will not change for you.
