Japan – Implementation of Reefer Pre-Cooling Fee (RCO)

Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that with effect from October 1 , 2015, Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Reefer Pre-cooling Fee (RCO) applicable on all export trades from Japan.
This fee will be applicable to bookings where customers request for reefer precooling arrangement prior to the release of empty reefer containers at time of booking.
Reefer Pre-Cooling Fee (RCO): JPY 6,000 per reefer container
