The August 31stfiling for commencement of the rehabilitation proceedings by Hanjin Shipping, one of CKYHE Alliance members, reported by media, has created uncertainties in the market place. In light of this unfortunate development, “K”Line would like to advise followings:
- No “K”Line container will be loaded on any Hanjin operated vessel.
- Hanjin container will not be permitted to be loaded aboard any “K”Line operated vessel.
Please rest assured “K”Line’s all services are under normal condition and “K”Line will take all possible measures to carry out the services without any problem. Even in case our services are affected due to present circumstances, “K”Line will continue to perform all obligations and responsibilities under the governing Bill of Lading.
