Kuwaiti Port Congestion Surcharge increased
We would like to inform you that due to the worsening congestion situation in the Kuwaiti ports, OOCL will increase the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all cargo to Al Shuwaik Cy & Kuwait Cy
by USD 100 per teu.
The current PCS amounts to USD 200 per 20’dv and USD 400 per 40’dv /40’hq (valid till 14th of September 2016), and will therefore become USD 300 per 20’dv and USD 600 per 40’dv /40’hq as from rate date the 15th of September
